The Countess Luigia Falletti di Rodello was the last member of the family to run the estate. She died in 1941 without leaving an heir. The estate then passed onto her nephew Cordero di Montezemolo who brought in a change in the way the estate was run. His sons run the Cordero di Montezemolo winery in Piedmont Italy today, selling their wines all over the globe.
